1baji Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 1baji platform and all its services. When you create an account at 1baji or access the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. Please read the complete document carefully.

1baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates following SSL encryption and fair play policies. The following terms are used throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The 1baji website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" — Any person who is registered at 1baji and holds an active account.
• "Bet" — Any financial wager placed through the platform.
• "Funds" — The amount of money deposited into a user's account or received as a bonus.

1baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at 1baji, the applicant must be 21 years of age or older. The policy "for those aged 21 and above only" is strictly enforced. If anyone registers by providing a false age, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Personal Information

Each user must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Verification of a national ID card or passport details may be required. 1baji reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false information is provided.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your 1baji account password and login details confidential. Allowing a third party to access your account is prohibited. If any unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

1baji may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to be completed at any time. In such cases, a national ID card, passport, or other documents may need to be provided. The withdrawal process may be on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All amounts displayed on the platform are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals at 1baji are currently supported via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The details provided at the time of deposit must match the information registered on the account.
• Third-party payment methods may not be used.
• Each deposit will be credited to the account once successfully verified.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests may only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be limited until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• 1baji reserves the right to review any withdrawal request.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 1baji can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳50,000 before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or an attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent activity is detected, 1baji reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.

5.4 VIP Program

1baji's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play. The benefits and conditions for each tier are detailed in the VIP section.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets at 1baji are governed by the rules displayed on the platform. A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled, however 1baji reserves the right to make a decision in the event of a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows you to bet on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body.

6.3 Casino Games

1baji's casino section features live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and other games. The rules for each game can be found within that game. The game provider's software is powered by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and fair play is ensured.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue, 1baji will provide a resolution through the necessary investigation. In such situations, 1baji's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1baji platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or algorithms.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the game system.
• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or collusion with other users.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 18 (or under 21 where applicable) to use the platform.
• Copying or distributing the platform's software, content, or data.

1baji is committed to ensuring the highest level of security and reliability. However, 1baji is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by interruption of internet connection.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or incorrect information.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Issues with the user's own device or network.

1baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend the platform under any circumstances, particularly for maintenance or security-related reasons.

Users' personal information is never sold to third parties. However, necessary information may be shared with authorities when required by legal obligation.

10.1 Closure by 1baji

1baji may suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Legal reasons or instructions from authorities.

10.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account on their own initiative. To do so, they must contact the support team. The user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed.

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the 1baji support team must be contacted first. The support team will attempt to resolve the matter within 7 business days.

Complaint resolution process:

1. First, contact us via live chat.
2. If needed, send a detailed complaint by email.
3. Attach screenshots and evidence of the complaint.
4. 1baji's decision will be considered final and binding.

1baji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the case of important changes.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as consent to the new terms. Therefore, it is advised to review this page regularly.

1baji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

• Avoid placing bets beyond your means.
• Do not place larger bets to recover losses.
• Gaming should never be done by taking on debt.
• If needed, contact the support team to set up self-exclusion or deposit limits.
